"Our drain field was not draining and sewage was backing up into the house. I called several companies who came out and said I needed to replace the drain field. I had a new drain field installed about 5 years ago when we moved into the house so I did not believe it was already in need of replacement. I called Dampier and spoke with Allison over the phone and explained the situation. She took the time to look up our property and permit of the last install. She suggested the drain field could just be saturated from the enormous amount of rain we had had that season and due to the location of the drain field being at the lower elevation of our property. She gave me suggestions to alleviate the pressure in our tank and to try to wait it out until the rain stopped and the land dried out. It worked, and a few weeks later everything was operating successfully. We were so thankful someone with integrity and professionalism was able to walk us through some options before telling us we needed to do unnecessary work. They have now gained my trust and we will use Dampier in the future for our septic needs. Thank you Allison!"

"Mr. Dampier and his son showed up on time and fixed a cracked pipe coming out of the wellhead. The pipe was replaced quickly. They also leveled the water tank pad that had sunk in the mud. Both were very friendly. Would not hesitate to call them again."

Had to get my septic tank pumped out and a repair on a backed up pipe due to a motor not functioning. Henry worked extremely hard shoveling, pumping, lifting, everything from 11-3 and the two other gentlemen that stopped by were very kind and helpful as well. There was a break in the cement at the top of my septic and they repaired it before putting the "lid" back on. An actual pleasure to work with, and I can't emphasize how kind and hard working they are. Highly recommend with any septic tank problems, soo much better than experience with plumbers."

"I bought a house that was built in 2000 and was not sure of the condition of my septic. I called around & did some research & found Dampier Septic to be close by & recommended by several customers. I prefer to use local businesses that provide jobs for people in the community so I gave them a call & told them my situation. They quoted me a price for opening & pumping out my tank. The driver/representative arrived on time & even though it was raining he got out & went to work right away. Lucky me, there was a baffle/filter before the drain field. He emptied the tank, cleaned my filter & closed up the tank & ground. I would highly recommend this local family business."
